Knowledge gaps and requisites (work package 1)
Purpose: To identify knowledge gaps and map the need of various antibiotics in the Swedish context.
Work package 1 identifies the need of knowledge within antibiotic use and maps the antibiotic market in the Nordic countries with a focus on the clinical prioritized products that has a risk to become unavailable.
What we are working with right now:
- A updated inventory of antibiotics with the Public Health Agency of Sweden. You can reach the inventory through our publication page.
- We are working on spreading the information about the mapping of antibiotics on the nordic market, which was done in collaboration with nordic partners and work package 4. You can find the report on our publication page.
- We arrange digital discussion meetings each year that we call "Open forum" for PLATINEA's partners and invited guests.
