An update of the Swedish strategy against AMR

The Swedish government published an update of the Swedish strategy to combat antibiotic resistance on the 4th of June this year.

The Swedish strategy to combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR) which aims to prevent resistance and protect antibiotics through seven goals. The goals are: increased knowledge through surveillance, continuous preventive methods, responsible use of antibiotics, increased knowledge of new methods and treatment of infections, increased knowledge within the society, supportive systems and international leadership and collaboration.
